Can I return an item for a refund?
We want your Goldsnap dog to look their best! We are happy to accept returns if there is a defect in your item. For sizing issues, we will exchange your item at no charge for one that is a better fit.
To initiate a return simply email: info@goldsnapshop.com and list your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid label to return your item to our headquarters.
How do I request an exchange?
We accept exchanges for sizing only.
Please make sure you measure your dog's neck before ordering. If you have trouble determining which size to order, please refer to the sizing chart on the listing or send us a message at info@goldsnapshop.com

Can I return monogram items?
Unfortunately, due to the individual nature of personalized orders, we cannot accept returns of embroidered items.
